I bought Insportline ZenRun20 in MNE…
I bought Insportline ZenRun20 in MNE (almost a 1000eur in May 2026) and it is one of the worst mistakes I have done. The day it arrived, it had an issue with safety key (SAF error). After almost a week, the unit was replaced but then after 1 use, its motor stopped working. Apparently, the motherboard and the motor both had issues. They took this unit as well and replaced some parts of it. I only started using it after 3 weeks of it arriving for the first time because of these issues (Although the dealership in MNE was very helpful). Now as for the treadmill itself, it is very cheaply built. The handles made of cheap plastic and I get electrocuted (micro shocks) if I touch a wrong part while running. It is rather bulky and very heavy and has horrible tiny wheels on only one side, so extremely difficult to move (they advertise that it can be moved very easily but that is far from truth) and the mechanism to fold the handles is clunky to say the least. So, unlike traditional treadmills that can be folded vertically, this one lays on the ground horizontally (as advertised) but because it is extremely difficult to move, it just takes too much space. Apart from that, the step counter is really good and very precise. It easiy connects to apps like Fitshow, which can send data to google, samsung and apple health (tested on all). The incline speed is not the fastest but it is fine. It doesn't heat up so much on low speeds and high speeds work fine. The buttons on the handle feel like cheap toy but they at least work. The suspension is not great and it is rather loud, so your neighbors won't be happy downstairs unless you take measures by adding some special things underneath. I wish I didn't make this expensive mistake.

Never buy from inSPORTline!
I’m honestly disappointed. I bought inSPORTline Delavan UB exercise bike (PV-38151) from inSPORTline for 609€ on December 4, 2021. It broke in January 2025, and since then I’ve been waiting for replacement parts that never arrive - just empty promises. No repair options, no support, no help from inSPORTline dealers. It feels like once the product breaks, the only solution they offer is to buy a new one. I will take this exercise bike to a waste treatment plant - in other words I will throw 600€ straight into the trash. I regret ever buying from inSPORTline. Never again. I will replace it with a Tunturi exercise bike - something that works forever and is a brand of quality fitness eqipment. inSportline removed the Reviews section from their Facebook page. They don’t want public ratings because inSportline receives only negative ratings. Unfortunately can't add invoice and photos here to prove my words.

Wait for the stock for a month just to discover they don’t deliver to half of EU countries. Talk with their support and they treat you like rubbish.

was für eine Sch...Firma. Habe eine Bank zum Brustdrücken gekauft. Als dann alles montiert war musste ich feststellen, dass die Bank selbst, also die Liegefläche auf einer Seite ca. 1-2 cm niedriger ist weil die Polsterung Keilförmig geschnitten wurde. (wurde erst offensichtlich als ich dann draufgelegen bin...da hat man es erst bemerkt.) Habe dann reklamiert und Fotos gesendet. Es kam eine kurze Rückmeldung, das man sich darum kümmern wird und seit dem ist nichts mehr passiert. (habe vorgeschlagen nur das falsch produzierte Teil austauschen zu lassen und nicht die ganze Bank. wäre ja versandtechnisch total dämlich.) ist jetzt ein Monat her....werde es jetzt wohl selbst neu polstern. Nie wieder dieser Händler!
