Impossible to cancel the subscription…
Impossible to cancel the subscription through their website I am currently being charged for an IntellectoKids subscription, but I am unable to cancel it using the instructions provided by the company. IntellectoKids instructs customers to log in to their account using the email address associated with the subscription and click “Unsubscribe”. However, every time I try to log in, their website displays “Oops, something went wrong” and does not allow me to access my account. I have tried repeatedly and the result is always the same. The company also suggests checking Apple App Store subscriptions. However, I do not have an IntellectoKids subscription through Apple. I do not even have the IntellectoKids app installed on my phone. Therefore, there is obviously nothing I can cancel through the App Store. This means that the only cancellation method available to me is through my IntellectoKids account — and their website does not allow me to access that account. Meanwhile, recurring charges have continued to be taken from my payment method. I have never used the IntellectoKids platform or its educational services. I have now had to contact customer support separately to request cancellation and a refund of the CHF 67.47 that has been charged. A company offering recurring subscriptions should provide customers with a clear, reliable and functional way to cancel them. At the moment, the cancellation method described in their own instructions simply does not work for me.
