1 Star – Genuine contributors deserve better
My experience with IntelliZoom has been extremely disappointing. I was a contributor for almost 3 years and completed close to 400 studies. During that time, I always participated from the UK, where I permanently live, and I never had any quality issues with my submissions. My account was eventually flagged because of VPN detection. The problem is that I have consistently explained that I never used a VPN while completing any study on the platform. I occasionally use a VPN for completely unrelated personal reasons, such as privacy, security or streaming. Those are legitimate uses that millions of people have every day. There is a fundamental difference between using a VPN and using a VPN while testing. However, throughout my conversations with support, I repeatedly stated that I never performed any tests on IntelliZoom while my VPN was active, yet I felt that this distinction was ignored. I even offered to provide evidence that I permanently live in the UK and only leave the country for holidays. Nobody asked for any proof or attempted to verify my explanation. Instead, I received generic replies stating that their systems had detected an issue and that the decision was final. Do you genuinely believe that I would interrupt my holiday, sit on a beach abroad, connect through a VPN, and spend my time completing $1 studies? What disappointed me most was the complete lack of investigation. My account history, almost 400 completed studies, and nearly three years of participation seemed to count for nothing. The assumption appeared to be that their detection system could not possibly be wrong. To make matters worse, payments for completed studies were cancelled on two separate occasions. From my perspective, I spent time completing genuine work that was later left unpaid. I'm not claiming that companies shouldn't protect themselves against fraud—they absolutely should. However, genuine contributors also deserve a fair investigation when they consistently deny wrongdoing and offer to verify their identity and location. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope this review encourages the company to improve its review process and recognise that contributors should not have to choose between using a VPN for legitimate personal reasons and being an IntelliZoom tester. The important issue is whether a VPN is used while participating in studies, not whether someone uses one at all. After the way this matter has been handled, I have no interest in using this platform again, and based on my experience, I would not recommend it to others.

Don't expect to get paid
While I love the premise of this platform, it seems that as of recent, customers are now allowed to reject user tests without specifying reasons and the support team refuses to provide any reason or any support to dispute these rejections. It's been happening more and more to tests that I spent lots of time on and am completely confident in the quality of.

Très Peu de test pas au point quand …
Très Peu de test pas au point quand on est sélectionné finalement on peut pas faire le test, ca c'est énervant, bloquez au moins les questions préliminaires si vous avez toutes les réponses Cela fait 1 ans que j'ai du migrer de testapic vers user testing et intellizoom, User testing j'ai gagné plus de 5000$ intellizom peut etre 20 ou 30$ Passez votre chemin ne perdez pas de temps avec eux
