Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with INTERSPORT Cyprus online store. It is completely unacceptable for a product to be shown as available on the INTERSPORT Cyprus online store, allowing the customer to place and complete an order, only to wait for several days with no meaningful update. The order tracking even shows that the product is being picked/collected, giving the clear impression that the order is progressing normally. Then, after several days of waiting unnecessarily, the customer receives an email informing them that the product is ultimately not available. This is not an acceptable way for an online store to operate. If a product is not actually available, it should not be listed as available and should certainly not allow customers to complete a purchase for it. Even worse, customers should not be left waiting for days under the impression that their order is being processed, only to be told later that the product was never available in the first place. As a customer, I feel that my time has been completely wasted and that the availability information presented by the website is misleading. The least customers should expect from a major retailer is an accurate stock system and timely communication. INTERSPORT Cyprus seriously needs to address this issue. Customers should not have to place and pay for an order, wait for days without any reason, and then be told that the product they purchased was not actually available. This kind of experience is extremely frustrating and directly damages customer trust in the company and its online store.

Horrible sportswear Shop.
I never want to have any relation with this shop again. I purchased the Nike Reax 8 Sportswear on 31/7/26 and the next 2 days when I went for running a bad sound was coming from the bottom of that shoe. It wasn't my fault I went to that Intersport and the issue was pretty clear with one look. But they told me after 1 week I could get a confirmation and the thing is they were trying extemely hard to convince me that there wasn't anything wrong and they were telling me(customer service) that we were in the wrong for trying to file a complaint of that shoe. All in all, I don't recommend to anyone going to their shops 0/10 Customer service and horrible quality of shoes.

Εκανα παραγγελια 2 μπλουζες ηλεκτρονικα και τις πληρωσα. Με ενημερωσαν οτι η μια εχει εξαντληθει. Μου εστειλαν sms να παραλαβω απο box now την αλλη που ειχα παραλαβει και τι λετε να μου εστειλαν??Ενα κουτι αδειο με μια σακουλα για δωρο μεσα.Μιλησα μαζι τους και μου παν οτι και αλλη μπλουζα δεν υπηρχε απλα ξεχασαν βα ενημερωσουν.Στη σακουλα θα βαλω αερα????Την χρεωση για τη σακουλα ηξεραν να την κανουν.Πολυ γελειο το ολο θεμα.Π ο τ ε ξανα απο εσας...

One of the worst online shopping…
One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had!! My order was delayed well beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, while the tracking information remained practically useless for days with no meaningful updates. After waiting for over a week, I was informed that one of the items I had successfully ordered had been cancelled because it was supposedly out of stock. This is something that should have been identified before my order was accepted, not after keeping a customer waiting for days. To make matters even worse, the remaining parcel has been marked as "Out for Delivery" for an unreasonably long time without actually being delivered. No explanation, no communication, and no effort to keep the customer informed. The lack of organization, poor stock management, unreliable delivery service, and complete absence of proactive communication have made this an extremely frustrating experience. I expected much better from a company like INTERSPORT. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously affected my confidence in both INTERSPORT Greece and its courier partner, TAXYDEMA. I sincerely hope no other customer has to go through the same experience.
