I’ve had Inv2go for more than 13 years
I’ve had Inv2go for more than 13 years. Recently near retirement I had my nephew come to work for me and made him installation manager. Normal right? Well when he had access to the business phone and access to the Inv2go accounting he decided to change the bank routing numbers, mailing address and received more than 70,000$ before I was alerted, not by Inv2go, but by a customer complaining about his work and billing amounts. He had billed trusted customers 1000’s of $$ and I’ve argued, sent countless pictures with drivers license, told Inv2go to check the Secretary of States office and see who owns MY company. To date they have been zero help and have made it so impossible to correct my own account that I had to open up a new accounting firm altogether. If you value your company and it’s integrity, STAY AWAY FROM INVOICE2go!!!!!

I have been trying to reactivate my account, change the email address, password etc. for a few days now! A very helpful lady assisted me yesterday. Since then, I have been trying to login, waiting for a password reset link, emailed the support desk etc etc etc......and still nothing! It's been another day, I cannot process or access my business info! I'm paying for a service I cannot USE!

After 13 years doing business with the invoice2go this year, they telling me for me to get my money. I have to send them 3 months of bank statements proof of a business. What the so they are holding my money $12,000. They sending me $1000 a week $5000 max a month Invoice2go. This will be the last time I do business with you people Yea I’m sending 3 months of bank statements to a web app with poor customer service you have to send 3 emails before someone call you back

I've used invoice2go for over 10yrs & it works most of the time ok but I've now got the headache of moving over to Xero because of their massive price increase. £299 to £450!! Absolutely insane 😳

Be careful they will pull money right…
Be careful they will pull money right of your bank account without any notice if any customer reports the transaction and you will never get it back. They also do not have anyway to call or resolve issues they will steal your money
