Inte seriösa när det gäller reklamation
Köpte en klocka April 2025. Klockan börjar bli trög och fått missfärgningar. Kontaktar deras support för att reklamera den och de svara inom 24tim att tyvärr eftersom garantin fått ut så kan de inte göra något med de erbjuder mig 50% på en annan klocka. Jag påtalade att enligt reklamationsrätt i Sverige, har man tre år och att de måste ta emot reklamationen. Det har gått fem dagar utan svar där jag skickade en sista påminnelse innan jag drar detta hos reklamationsnämnden.

Watch did not work, they refused to do anything
This watch lasted less than one month, contacted customer service. Followed all their instructions to try to reboot. Nothing worked. Even sent a video, they responded with 'there is nothing wrong with our products'. Refused to refund, replace or repair. Finally offered 5% of price and I could keep for family or friends...a watch that did not work! Don't buy

poor customer service
purchased watch that was not as described on web site, unable to maintain connection to phone. attempted to obtain refund but kept getting fobbed off,. Stay well clear of this product

It is utterly useless
It is utterly useless. Do not believe all the fake reviews on the internet. If there is a rankings list of best smart watches and this pile of s#t is in there, you know the charlatans who produce this watch made it. Everything about this watch is appalling - the interface is from the 80s, functions are basic, doesn't connect to my phone most of the time, the battery is pathetic. I can go on and . I bought a £25 watch from Amazon years ago which was poor and that was infinitely better than this piece of junk. Please DO NOT buy anything from this company

There should be a zero option star
There should be a zero option star. Like so many others the watch is grossly inaccurate. Not a uk company but in China. Dozens of emails offering 5, 10, 15 and 50% back for a useless item. Raised a credit card dispute, they told me to cancel this repeatedly which I ignored as per instruction from Amex. They keep harassing me on email.
