5min phonecall with IPD support deemed more useful than any Forum or talking to any dealership(for my problem specifically).
been using this site for years for volvo parts, as theyre one of the only people who generally carry parts for 30+yo Volvos. I recently purchased a new XemodeX ETM from their site, where I had a few installation issues. I searched every forum, all suggested that I went to a dealership and had them program it. upon arrival at the dealership they told me they could infact not program it. I called 6 different Volvo dealerships across Canada, none had an answer. I called XemodeX, no answer on any of their numbers. One 5 minute long phone call with IPD's support and we had diagnosed and resolved the problem. astounding.

I'm a recent new owner of a Volvo C30 t5 r design and I am so greatful that I found this company. Kevin and Corey are absolutely awesome and extremely helpful and professional. IPD's products are second to none as well. Shipping is fast and trackable. Thank you all for the dedication and hard work for us Volvo owners. You have got a customer for life.

Exceptional customer service and parts!
Was having issues with billing for an order of parts for my 850. Kevin was an excellent help in reaching out to me and making sure my ordered was fulfilled properly. I have never had a bad experience with IPD during my 2 years of Volvo ownership. Highly recommended for not only quality parts, but also excellent customer service. 5 stars. I would give more stars if I could!

Kevin, customer service lead worked hard to help a customer
Hello, I need a rear exhaust repair hanger for my 2006 Volvo S60. It's still a beautiful car but hard to find some parts when it gets this old. I contacted IPDUSA and was in touch with Kevin Albreceht. Kevin went to work on my order but let me know could take over 30 days to get. I said that was fine. Eventually the part came and I just recently received it. As I told Kevin I was beyond thrilled. the greatest gift I received this Christmas was this part. I installed it the very next day and I'm beyond happy. I want IPD to know Kevin deserves incredible praise and all my thanks for helping with something I needed. I consider Kevin a valuable person to the company and to me a customer in need. There's not enough thank yous I could give to Kevin for what he did for me. My now 20-year-old car is perfect again. Yet to install the Turbo Control Valve but quality looks great. All parts ordered arrive very quickly with overseas shipping and tracking. Will definately keep IPD in mind when next ordering parts as they have provided a great service.
