It's now 09.20 and the 09.05 train from…
It's now 09.20 and the 09.05 train from Galway to Dublin hasn't reached Renmore yet....useless!!! Ok, we're on the way home to Galway now. We've been just waiting in Clara for the past 15 minutes (19.00). There was a PA announcement 15 minutes ago to say there would be a five minute delay...nothing since. This is by far the worst train service in Europe, if not the world. It's truly pathetic.

Constant delays, constant breakdowns
Constant delays, constant service breakdowns, constant major delays and cancellations from signalling errors, trains too short, never get a seat and are packed like sardines, no aircon, half the toilets are out of order, trains constantly break down or just randomly sit still on the tracks for half an hour. Are people not angry? Are people not sick of being late to work(even though they get 2 trains earlier than they should have to according to timetables!)? People really need to unite and either protest or put local TDs under huge pressure to replace iarnróid éireann or make them get there sh!t together.

Travelled from Carrick on Shannon to…
Travelled from Carrick on Shannon to Dublin today with my daughter and almost 3 year old granddaughter. The lady in the office in Carrick was so helpful and really pleasant! Trains ran on time to and from Dublin. Good room on the train. However, the toilet was an absolute disgrace and unusable! This is a massive issue as the journey is long and a toddler who is recently potty trained had to use a toilet area that was disgusting, stinking and unsanitary…surely the toilet area can be cleaned regularly!

Exceptional staff and trip
I cannot stress what a fabulous company and fantastic crew for a recent trip from Nenagh to Dublin. I requested a wheelchair space and from start to finish they had ramps and a crew member explaining everything. I booked online and got a phone call back almost immediately explaining everything. It was the first time I never had to follow up and double check everything. It was the best organised family day transport. The courteous staff and manners are second to none and I would highly recommend them for accessibility transport. Even our 8 year old son said they were the nicest people. Nothing was too small for them to do and every question was easily explained. They are exceptional staff, honestly cannot recommend them enough. Thank ye so much lads, ye made our day so normal!
