Ordered an at home eye picture through Groupon and the company just took our money and never responded to emails. Their addresses on their website are registered to a Turkish restaurant in Germany and a suburban house in the united states. Groupon continue to let them sell on their site.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid – Ruined a Special Occasion
🚨 **AVOID – RUINED A MILESTONE BIRTHDAY** 🚨 I contacted **Eye At Home** about a Groupon deal — quick reply, all seemed legit. So I bought it through **Groupon**… BIG mistake. Submitted my voucher on **12th Feb** and then… 👻 **They vanished. Completely.** ❌ No booking ❌ No reply ❌ No communication whatsoever I sent **8 emails** chasing — nothing. Not even a basic acknowledgment. This was meant to be for a **milestone birthday**… and they completely **ruined it** through pure negligence and lack of basic customer service. Had to get Groupon involved just to get my money back. And here’s the kicker… 👉 I’ve since found out this isn’t just me. 👉 Apparently Groupon have now **banned them from selling on their platform**. Paid full price and received the cheapest package, meaning that I've been waiting 4 months for a package that I know I won't ever receive, I wrote them on their webpage customer service and they never replied, so basically they scammed me. Hopefully they get cancelled of something..

Ich war am 16.08.2024 im Store in Berlin am Potsdamer Platz (war ein Kurztrip nach Berlin ) Ich habe für meine Tochter (Geburtstagsgeschenk) zusätzlich einen golden Anhänger gekauft und ihre Adresse für die Lieferung angegeben. Bis heute hat Sie ihn noch nicht erhalten und auch nach mehrmaligen Kontakt per Email wo immer versprochen wird er sei unterwegs ist nichts angekommen. Telefonisch erreicht man niemanden. Ich kann nur sagen Abzocke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bin sehr enttäuscht nachdem ich auch mein Geld nicht zurückerstattet bekomme bis jetzt.

If I could put 0, I would. It's a vulgar machine that takes blurry, overexposed photos of irises. It's badly calibrated, and hygiene is poor. You have to rest your chin and forehead on a surface that's probably never been washed. It's almost impossible to take a clear or well-framed photo, and after 30 minutes of unsuccessful attempts, you agree (out of spite) to record the iris. And then you receive a totally different result from your original iris. Normal, the photo is shabby and out of focus. I sent them a real photo of my iris and they told me that if I wanted green eyes on them, I'd have to pay more to have the blue removed. My eyes are green, not blue! Of course refused. I've wasted my time and money. Don't be fooled and don't take anything from them. Go to a real professional.
