I needed an apostille on a birth certificate and overall, I was really happy with the service. Their prices are very reasonable compared with other companies, and I loved the fact that they offered a convenient door-to-door service. My documents took around three weeks to arrive, but once everything was completed, they were returned incredibly quickly, mine arrived back the very next day. I did have an issue with the company they work with in Germany. I received an email saying my document was ready and that I owed $600, even though I had already paid everything. Naturally, I was concerned and initially wondered if I was dealing with a scam. I contacted the company and unfortunately found the communication in Germany quite rude and confusing. At one point, I was even asked why I had sent them the document in the first place! Given that my original document had taken nearly eight weeks to arrive, I was understandably worried about where it was and whether I was ever going to see it again. Thankfully, David was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, helpful and took the time to sort everything out for me. Once he got involved, the issue was resolved and my document was safely returned. So, while there was definitely a stressful hiccup along the way, the company itself did ultimately resolve the problem and delivered exactly what I needed. I would still recommend them, especially for the reasonable pricing and the convenience of the door-to-door service. I just hope they can address the communication issues with their German partner because that part of the experience was unnecessarily worrying.

Excellent service, fast and clear and at a decent price. I needed to produce original documents from Mauritius from 80 years ago and transfer them to Israel. I was instructed on what to ask for and then they took care of everything that was required. Highly recommend.
