I ordered Burmese Curly Crochet Hair…
I ordered Burmese Curly Crochet Hair from ISEE Hair Company sometime this month (August), but I never received a confirmation email, tracking number, or my order. When I contacted the company to let them know I had not received my package, they checked their system and told me that the package shown as delivered. However, when I asked where it had been delivered, I was told Miami, Florida. My correct address is in Doral, Florida, so the package was clearly delivered to the wrong location. When I requested a refund, I was told that because the tracking information showed the package as delivered, I would need to contact USPS. I explained that this did not make sense to me. ISEE Hair is the company I placed the order with, and if the wrong address was provided on the package, I would expect the company to take responsibility for resolving the issue rather than sending me back and forth with USPS. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and the way this situation was handled. I never received my order, and I have not received a refund or a satisfactory resolution. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from ISEE Hair Company again, and I cannot recommend them to others based on my experience.

Best first experience wearing wigs thanks to Isee
I bought two wigs from Isee, ( gluless curl wig and half water wig). This was my first time buying and wearing a wig. I will confirm that my first experience wearing wigs was 10/10, thanks to Isee wigs. The wigs are soft, doesn’t tangle and hair doesn’t fall out. Lastly Isee has the best customer care.

I am absolutely in love with my Burmese curly half wig from ISEE Hair! The body and bounce are incredible — it's so full and natural-looking with 250% density, exactly what I needed for my modeling work. The quality is next level, and it blends flawlessly with my 4C hair. Beyond the hair itself, the customer service is amazing.
