The tool worked just as expected! I'm 83 and like to manage my flower garden on my own. This tool made it possible. I will be buying another tool from you soon.

DONT PURCHASE TOTAL RIP OFF
This was a total waste of money. It looks like a kids toy and does not cut at all. It does not cut tall weeds or grass. You should be ashamed of yourselves for putting this out on the market. Buyers be ware. Rip off.

No instructions or manual with order
No instructions or manual with order. Lots of buttons on the hand held blower but no explanation of what they were for or how to use the vacuum feature. Company didn't provide a phone contact number or any information with the order. Can't believe a company doesn't provide a phone # on their website. They did contact me with an email 4 days after I reached out to them, so I am thankful for that. The product seems to work very well. Thank you

Takes about a month for shipping
Takes about a month for shipping. Good little tool, light weight. Blade will cut thick brush with no problem . Battery life is about 30 min if cutting thick grass/brush. I have a 4 in 1, just ordered a 3 in 1 as was almost as cheap to order whole new machine with attachments plus I will have 4 batteries. I have had to email as ordered the wrong blades. Response time about 3 days. Overall, I am satisfied with it.

I ordered the 3n1 trimmer
I ordered the 3n1 trimmer. Does not do what it says it should. Im sending it back. The wheels are plastic, don't tighten like they should. It probably works good if you have a golf course lawn. Not pleased
