Draining Experience with Accounts: Retainer Refund & Unjust Collection Threats
1. My initial office lease expired in July 2026, and the subsequent one-month renewal expires on August 31, 2026. The retainer refund request for the lease ending in July is still pending. 2. Prior to vacating the office space on August 14, 2026, I submitted a retainer refund request for the one-month renewal contract. The total retainer amount to be refunded is $121.60. 3. There is a current outstanding invoice of $61.24 for office restoration services. 4. Due to ongoing business travel, I requested that this outstanding invoice and any associated late fees be adjusted against my retainer. 5. On August 10, the HQ Account Desk confirmed that any outstanding amount would be automatically deducted from the retainer before the balance is refunded. 6. On August 27, I was contradicted and informed that the overdue amount might be sent to collections. Dealing with the Accounts team has been a terrible, draining experience. Absolute lack of empathy.

Trying to expand and grow my business with Regus
I recently expanded from one office to a second office and after signing received multiple charges for fees that were not reviewed with me prior. After a long standing client who always paid on time and addressing with the team I was told at ever level that sorry there is nothing we can do because you signed your contract. I shared that I was not aware nor did anybody cover that I would be charged additional fees and after talking with the team I received no professional understanding, compensation or consideration for my existing business. Now after 30 days since I paid and the new office start date I still don’t have any resolution or promised office furniture, painting, carpet cleaning and building access completed yet I continue to pay. This particular location has had multiple issues with air conditioning, hallway entrance doors broken, kitchen area not functioning, carpets not cleaned and old furniture. I would not recommend this location to any business owner looking for a professional environment and first class support. Especially for new entrepreneurs trying to build a new company and clean location for partners and clients to visit. Finally, if you do visit pls be aware that the parking lot, curbing, outdoor landscaping has fallen apart and become dangerous and unsafe.

Terrible in pretty much every way
To summarise a long list of issues: - Space consistently not cleaned - access regularly cut short (it wasn’t a 24hr centre but often chucked out hours earlier than was meant to be due to staff issues) - broken appliances - repairs regularly not made unable to access my desk for almost 2 month period - and now every member kicked out whilst in contract on one weeks notice due to site closure. - charged us a fee for ending a tenancy - threatened with debt collectors when I disputed an exit charge given the significant underperformance of the site.

Disappointing Experience with the Global Support Team
The experience with the global support team has been very disappointing. I have had to open several support cases for the same issue, yet the cases were repeatedly closed without confirming that the issue had actually been resolved or that I agreed with the proposed resolution. In addition, the responses I received did not adequately address my questions or provide a satisfactory explanation. What makes this particularly frustrating is that the issue itself is relatively straightforward. For a large, well-established global company, I would have expected a much higher standard of customer support and ownership. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. In contrast, the local team has been responsive, helpful and genuinely willing to assist. The difficulty seems to lie with the central support process, where it has been extremely challenging to obtain a clear answer or effective resolution.
