Complaint Summary I have made 20+ deposits on this site and only withdrawn once, for approximately $300. In total, I have wagered around $23,000. My largest win was about $700, which I never withdrew and ultimately lost back. Over the past two months, my results have been consistently negative, with no meaningful bonus wins or returns to offset my deposits and wagering. While I understand RNG and RTP principles, my experience has not reflected any reasonable return over this level of play. I am requesting a review of my account activity, as the outcome over significant wagering volume has been unsustainable and concerning. I have also been contacting the FTC and BBB and consulting with legal counsel regarding this matter. STAY FAR AWAY!!! Jack.com: @crazylonie

I deposited and wagered thousands of dollars on Jack Casino, and this has been one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I’ve ever had. I reported what appeared to be a serious issue in the Jaguar game and provided clear video evidence. Instead of feeling like my case was genuinely investigated, I spent days receiving generic replies while trying to explain the same issue over and over again. Then I was told I was eligible for a bonus, only to receive a completely different response later. Nobody seemed to know what was going . To make matters even worse, I experienced another issue where a bet appeared not to be placed. I clicked again, and both bets were accepted, costing me around $150. I have completely lost trust in this casino. If this is how they handle serious technical issues and loyal customers who have deposited thousands of dollars, think twice before playing here.

Jackbit stole my winnings
Jackbit stole my winnings, worth over €10000. After reading the other reviews I was an idiot for opening an account here. This is clearly part of their business model. Anybody that wins will have their account closed and winnings confiscated. All went well until I requested a withdrawal. Straight away I received an email claiming I had broken t&c's. All nonsense of course. My account would be closed and all winnings confiscated. Complaints to the Curacao gaming commission are pointless as they always side with the operator and don't even look into your case. Jackbit or Jack.com as they now call themselves is a scam website run by Georgian mafia, and I would advice everyone to stay far away!

You know what it’s actually a good…
You know what it’s actually a good casino ive won big on here and had no problem withdrawing my winnings, i do deposit and withdraw via a crypto wallet but still no problems so far so good. Only thing i will say is since its changed to jack casino i must admit the win rate seems a bit poor i deposit quite alot and cant seem to hit any bouns and when i do its poor, hope that changes because i like the casino. Other than that its a pretty good casino had no problems at all so far.
