Bonjour, Je suis inscrit chez Jamendo sous le nom d'Alain Coudert depuis 6 ans. J'ai déposé 69 musiques (non chantées). A ce jour : 64 482 écoutes. Lors du 1er dépassement de 1000 écoutes d'une musique (2021) je me suis déclaré à la SACEM pour quelques unes. Depuis ce jour mon compte est resté bloqué à 1,5$ et les musiques déposées à la Sacem sont systématiquement refusées pour les diffusions. En 2025, je me suis enlevé de la SACEM. Le compte n'a pas bougé. C'est vraiment dommage pour les artistes et les auditeurs. Je reste car beaucoup de musiques sont écoutées et beaucoup sont téléchargées, c'est ce que veulent les compositeurs... Je pense que nous aurions besoin de plus de clarté de la part de l'administration de Jamendo qui ne répond jamais.

One year without royalties
**One year without royalties — and no response from Jamendo** I have been a Jamendo artist for years, and I have always expected the platform to handle royalty payments properly. Unfortunately, I have now been waiting for my royalties for approximately one year. I contacted Jamendo Support twice to ask for an explanation and to find out when the outstanding payments would be made. I received **no response whatsoever** to either message. This is not a minor delay. When an artist's earnings remain unpaid for such a long period, the very least one should expect is a clear explanation and a realistic payment date. What is particularly disappointing is the complete lack of communication. If there is a financial, administrative, or technical problem affecting payments, Jamendo should be transparent about it and communicate directly with the artists concerned. I would strongly advise other artists to carefully consider this situation before relying on Jamendo for royalty income. After years on the platform, this is an extremely disappointing experience and has seriously damaged my trust in Jamendo.

**1 star. Avoid this platform.** I have been waiting almost **7 months for royalties I am owed**. Every time I contact Jamendo, I get the same meaningless response: *“the relevant team is aware,” “we are following up internally,” “your payment will be honored.”* Still no payment. Still no payment date. I make my living from music. This is not acceptable. Artists should not have to **beg for money they have already earned**. After months of being ignored and repeatedly delayed, I am now taking legal action to recover my money. **Think twice before trusting Jamendo with your royalties.**

Hidden sales and unpaid royalties
I was planning to write a detailed message, but I see that my fellow musicians have already said everything that needs to be said. I'll just add that I've already left two reviews on Jamendo — a 5-star one in 2023 and a 1-star one in 2024. I've actually been working with Jamendo since 2015. Based on circumstantial evidence, they seem to be selling tracks under the table — I keep coming across licenses held by clients that never show up in any reports. The client has a license in hand, but there's no record of the sale in the reports, and consequently no royalties accrued either. And as for what happens with payments — it's an absolute nightmare. You have to wait six months or even longer. I'm still waiting for a response from them clarifying the royalties for a compilation they released without my consent — since 2024 they've been promising to provide a sales report. Dozens of inquiries, and all I get in return is one answer: "soon, soon." I've been waiting for two years! On top of that, I'm currently waiting for a regular payout that I requested back in May — instead, all we get from Jamendo are excuses. To any newcomers: I strongly recommend steering clear of these fraudsters.
