This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. They have fake 5 star reviews on their website, and take down any negative ones. They send you a single earring instead of a pair, and no way to insert it into your ear! In order to even think about using their product, you need to make another substantial purchase. The earring is also so unbelievably tiny. Truly terrible. Stay away from this company!!

Great Customer Service
I ordered the earrings I wanted and found the they weee delivered, however I never received them. Checked around with all my neighbors to no avail, no earrings. Contacted J&Co and the graciously sent a replacement pair which I received and was very happy. Great customer service!

Took a long time to receive the earrings. The rhinestone earrings and star earrings are so small I’m afraid they might go all the way through the hole. The ad photos and videos are deceiving. Not worth the price.

The diamonds did not match the size…
The diamonds did not match the size description - not even close. I had them professionally measured by a local jeweller and they were less than half the size of what they were supposed to be. J&Co denied my concern. Steer clear!

Do not order from this company!!!
They sent me the wrong item and their “solution” was to ask me to coordinate and pay out of pocket for international shipping for the return before sending me the correct item. Customer service was horrible. They would not offer a refund or waive the return of the incorrect item. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Huge waste of time!
