Just buy a new one!
My other half got me a lightsaber as a birthday present in (Feb) 2024 so she brought it in Nov 2023, since then it has been framed and hung on a wall being use a handful of times. I changed it up to show a friend and it wouldn't turn on so i email them and they asked me to send them some pics and a video showing them the issue, they said that the "internal kit is damaged" (Not sure how when its been sat in a frame not touched but sure) they said "would you be interested in purchasing a replacement kit to get the saber back in action" I asked could I not send it to them and they fix it and send it back? To which they said "you would be responsible for the shipping costs both ways, plus the cost of the parts and labor. Unfortunately, those international shipping fees alone often cost more than the saber itself, making a repair service very expensive for you" (bearing in mind we are both in England) So I asked How much is an internal kit? thinking ill just buy one and get it working again, They replied: "To be completely honest and offer some sincere advice: a new internal kit is almost as expensive as a brand-new saber itself. Given that your current saber is nearly two years old, we truly believe the better and more cost-effective option would be to simply purchase a new model." So their help/advice is "unluckly just buy a new one!" when something cost north of £300 you would expect it to work longer than 2 years especially if it has hardly been used (ok the battery might stop working ill give you that but sill) So they have been no help at all i would not recommend them at all, because if or when it stops working you will be told "just buy a new one" Bad customer experience, they just want more money!

Not impressed bought my light saber…
Not impressed bought my light saber packaging was not adequate and I have emailed numerous email addresses and still awaiting a response. For the price I paid I would expect a response and better service. I do not recommend buying from this website.

Red Alert!
Be careful before you purchase from this company! My son ordered and paid in advance for one of their sabers. After many weeks they admitted that they were unable to send him the saber, and therefore would refund him. In the meantime he has been waiting for his refund, following many e mails back and forth over 4 to 5 weeks. However he has still not received it. For some reason they are not refunding and therefore I believe this is called theft! They don't even give you a name to address your complaint and there is no phone number to telephone. Take note! You have been warned!

Terrible Customer Service Comms
Bit annoyed I placed an order but then cancelled under the cancellation policy listed on their website it states you can cancel an order if it is done within 24 hours. I emailed my cancellation request within 1 hour of placing the order, but then the next day, they continued to process and make the payment, now, three days have passed, and I've had no response to my order cancellation requests or refund. Communication and customer service is non-existent I will need to contact my bank today to claim a chargeback and dispute the amount
