To update this all, they were actually very quick in answering my email and were very transparent and honest about how their shipping operates. I guess the attachments just arrive faster than the initial machine. Neutral now on a product review but they have great customer service and response time.

I have not had any problems with Jessky I do have an issue only of late as I have replaced my android and cannot find the freedom app for my machine on site or anywhere to down load .very frustrating is there a link to down load the sex machine freedom app not had a reply from them yet .Richard King

They redeemed themselves

Placed an order and paid with PayPal and I have not received a confirmation email of order, no shipping details, no tracking number, nothing. I have tried to contact the company many times and have received no response. It feels like I have been scammed. Will update if they are legit. Why in your reviews from others it is constantly the same issues that people are saying. Something needs to change with how you process orders and ship them out with confirmation emails. Reevaluate your method. I have received my order so they are legit. And for the inconvenience they did give me a $40 voucher for their online store. There was a delay with their response in the end. Nearly a month. So be patient.

absolutely worst

absolutely worst! Had the machine one month before it started to malfunction remaining on the highest speed. Jessky sent a replacement motherboard which didn't solve the problem. Let them know there was on ongoing problem. . .radio silence. . .no refund. . .no further communication. . .I'm out of over $350.00. I will be reporting them regarding their business practices.
