I can’t get ahold of them and I can’t get a refund, I ordered this necklace on April 12th and they haven’t shipped it. This is beyond ridiculous, please don’t buy from them

Do not order from this place. At least not if you live somewhere in europe. It is a month ago and have not heard any more. I guess I will not see my money again or any order. It was a gift for my son. Scam.

Once Reliable, Extremely Disappointing Now...
I've historically had a great experience with Jewelry Designs by Ace. In fact, when I once needed to return a ring because the size wasn't quite right, they made an exception to their policy to provide top-tier customer service. That is why I am so deeply disappointed by the quality of my recent experience with them. I placed an order that was confirmed on June 15, 2026. It has now been over two months, and I have yet to receive the package or even a basic status update. I emailed them on August 3 with no response, and followed up again today in hopes of a resolution. At this point, the situation speaks for itself. I'll leave it up to you to decide whether you want to take the risk with them.

Would give zero stars but unfortunately I can’t last year I purchased 2 necklaces for my son as he is obsessed with cemetery I ordered them on the 1st of December 2025 I still have the invoice it is now 19th August 2026 and still never did receive them or my money back You can never get hold of them people honestly they really need to be careful as things could go south for them
