Please avoid this company. Placed an order with them for a watch winder on the 27th November 25. No email confirmation, no delivery update and after several attempts to contact their customer services, still nothing.

Have sent 4 emails trying to get a replacement arm for a watch holder, and no response. There is no customer service from what I can tell, and the phone number available online goes right into a busy signal. Nice looking winder, and have had it for about 2 years with no issues.

Can I give zero stars? This is a scam company! I placed my order in January 2025 and they responded to say that they were closed till after Chinese New Year. After Chinese New Year I chased for my order only to be informed that it is out of stock. They asked me to choose something else which I did and then then said that is was lost in the mail! Then they asked me for my PayPal account to refund, I didn’t have a PayPal account so I said to refund to my credit card. They then offered a replacement which I accepted. Then the latest is that they can only ship to the US and my address is in Singapore! So again they asked for my account to refund. Tell me is this a scam company or is it legitimate? I have never experienced such appalling service. So effectively I paid close to $500 and received nothing.

Gerät kam leider defekt an. Bateriefach löste sich beim Transport. Der Betrag wurde aber voll erstattet. Keine Rücksendung wurde eingefordert. Kundendienst war responsive und freundlich.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Have sent several requests for assistance & have not received any response. The measure of a good company is not just the quality & reliability of their products but how they deal with issues encountered by their customers. Customer service from JQUEEN is non existent & what happens if things go wrong during the warranty period god only knows! Prospective customers beware of this company. I deeply regret having bought one of their products. Appalled doesn’t come close!!!
