fatal, pagué por 5 cupos en el city tour mexico y no hicieron reportaron mi viaje, no responden mensajes, me dañaron un dia de mis vacaciones y ahora para la devolucion dicen que yo cancele y no puedo hacerlo porque respondieron 3 dias despues

I was supposed to be picked up at 4:30…
I was supposed to be picked up at 4:30 AM. I waited for 1.5 hours and was unable to get in touch with the company. We paid almost €200 per person and then heard nothing back. At 4:30 in the morning, there was still no communication from the company at all. This was handled very poorly. We paid a lot of money, waited in the middle of the night for nothing, and received no support or updates. I would not recommend booking with this company!!!

Grosseiros, agressivos e despreparados e desorganizados
Tivemos um grave problema com o atendimento agressivo e desrespeitoso da agência Júlia que nos recebeu, deu os tickets, indicou o guia errado e depois simplesmente não nos permitiu usar das reservas. Pediram mais 200 euros. Temos provas de que o erro foi deles. Os atendentes, especialmente um gerente, foram totalmente descorteses e agressivos com postura violenta. Pior coisa que pode fazer é contratar os serviços deles.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Avoid it if you can. Arrived 5 minutes after scheduled time due to traffic. The bus was still at the platform pulling away. Staff on-site refused to radio the driver to pause, leaving us stranded and refusing any partial credit. We missed our tour.

Scammers for a bus tour to Barcelona
For a day trip to Barcelona, we wanted to take the city tour because I had knee surgery and cannot walk well. But our dogs are with us on vacation. So I thoroughly checked if they are allowed on the train (no problem) and the bus tour via Julia Travel. There is only one rule about a carrier bag, not specifying exactly what. So we arranged a carrier bag for the dogs. Unfortunately, we were not accepted on the bus. That is a shame, of course. But we had to buy tickets in advance totaling €135, and Julia Travel refuses a refund. A woman named Martha is relying solely on this one rule. Then this company is simply a scammer, because we did our best to meet the conditions and did not use their services. She could have helped us with a refund but chose to “earn” money based on false conditions. Do not book the Barcelona city trip by Julia travel! Use the other company instead.
