Tried to return a faulty item
Tried to return a faulty item. Customer service request a video of the problem, then send out the wrong return label, deny it's wrong, blame the Post Office, then pass you to customer services who then ignore you. How this company can make so much money (according to their accounts) is beyond me.

i orded one of there bundles and got…
i orded one of there bundles and got UPS next day by 12 UPS has kept my order and done a scam/fake print saying i wanted the delivery on a different day when i did not and when i asked for help and showed proof of it not being my fault they are still blaming me and told me to take it up with them even through its JUSTBB responabilty will never buy from them again

Sent a faulty BB Gun but claim it is working…
Sent a faulty BB Gun which we sent back to them. Now the claim nothing is wrong with the gun and want to charge us to transfer £10 to get the gun returned. We asked for a refund and now they say they can't return it due to broken box which we returned in the same state as we received it in. They completely ignore UK consumer laws of return policies. Stay away from this company at all cost if you could avoid it.

Ripped off online
On first contact I was insulted by Asian women who accused me of dismantling the pistol. Trying to explain this is how it arrived I was told I was telling lies. Sent back the gun as instructed and have been given the runaround. They lie cheat then steel your cash. No respect for British consumer law, just do as they please. KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES
