Critical network bugs on Mac M2 & Support completely ghosted me after payment
I purchased a €299 plan, but the software has severe technical flaws. The core network layer catastrophically crashes on Apple Silicon (Mac M2) under real production load during multi-profile proxy tunneling, causing persistent data loss. When I requested a refund for this fundamentally defective software, the team hid behind a rigid "24-hour refund policy," breaching the Implied Warranty of Merchantability. Worse, after I sent a detailed technical notice, their support team completely ghosted me and stopped replying. Total lack of corporate responsibility. Avoid this software if you use a Mac or value customer support.

The team are constantly releasing new features and staying at the forefront of anti-detect to make sure your accounts last longer. The cloud upgrade has been a game changer.

There is no support reply and no way to manage your payment methods. Once you enter your card, it's permanently saved in a hidden place, and in my mind, that's not professional and trusted behaviour.

I've subscribed to the Start plan to test some automations and I must say that it has simplified the actions of managing persistent profiles over time. Also, having tried other competitors first, Kameleo's API look much more solid and stable.
