I can no longer place my order
I can no longer place my order. No one can help me . I have been a long time customer and I am out of product. You just need to update my credit card. Please let me speak to a supervisor to get this resolved. Extremely frustrating. Thank you

Still waiting for a decent response…
After attempting to get a clear response from Kannaway about the delivery time and date, the only reply from customer service has been that the product is a repetition of the transit number and order number. After paying nearly 30euros for packaging and postage I expected the service to be a lot better. Update: The delivery service and Kannaway’s customer support did not live up to expectations. 1: Not only did the courier not attempt to deliver the product, surely if they had there would have been some form of notification, email or otherwise. 2: There was no form of notification at all. 3: If I hadn’t attempted several times to contact Kannaway directly, would I even know that the product was actually delivered at a pick up point AND marked as return to sender? 4: No, on the Kannaway site, my order was only listed as ‘in transit’. I was not informed as to which company was acting as courier. 5: For the price I have paid, even if that was half as much this is truly bad service. I’ve had to chase Kannaway to finally receive my order. The product might be great but the service wasn’t and I’ll probably not order from here, again

I am very exited about Kannaway…
I am very exited about Kannaway products and it helped me extremely. Also it took away my boyfriends migrane. After we tried the products for a couple of months we then started building up our own Business. Once a friend of mine said: Anja your products are so expensive.... I said what? Yes she said I have bought Cannabis with 1500 mg for only 120 Euro and your costs 160 Euro. I said: Show me this product. She gave it to me and then I said: But dear friend, this is only 10 ml... Ours is 30 ml and contains 2000 mg of cbd instead of 1500 mg. so this product you have would cost 360 Euro for 30 ml and still with only 1500 mg cbd. After that she said nothing and since then she is one of my best costumer. The products are 100 organic and they are pioneer in this field. The compensation plan is fantastic and it is the best I have seen within direct selling. If you dont want to build up a Business then dont, but if you want, it is on your own terms. That is why it is called YOUR Business. So if there are someone out there having a bad experience in some way then it is not the Company or the products fault. The Nature knows best, it always has and I am so glad that we got Cannabis back into the world. Thank You and greetings from Sweden.

Wer die Zusammensetzung eines reinen CBD Öls versteht, macht diese nicht von den Prozenten abhängig sondern von den Inhaltsstoffen sowie positiven Erfahrungen. Zudem ist viel nicht immer gleich besser. Meine Familie und ich sind sehr zufrieden mit den Produkten und leben seit über einem Jahr Medikamentenfrei.
