Great clinic, great team!
I had my surgery here in May 2026. This clinic came as a recommendation to me and I’m glad I had my surgery here. All the staff including the surgeon were super helpful, caring and just good people. The nurses were all great. Dr.Mickievicius is a great surgeon and a lovely guy. I had no complications and had the best possible outcome. That clinic changes lives and helps people. 3 months post op and I’m already 26kgs down. The best clinic in Kaunas! Highly recommend!

Exceptional Care and Service at Meliva Clinic in Vilnius
I recently contacted Meliva Clinic in Vilnius after a stroke and had great experience. I would like to give special thank you to Diana Murtazina, Manager for International Clients, who was outstanding throughout the entire process. Diana was exceptionally attentive, responsive, and organized, and she went above and beyond to accommodate my needs on short notice. She coordinated my appointments and follow-ups efficiently and made sure that everything was scheduled properly and without unnecessary delays. Her communication and attention to detail gave me confidence that nothing would be overlooked. Having someone who takes such personal responsibility for coordinating a patient's care makes an enormous difference, and I am very grateful for all of her help. I am also extremely grateful to Dr. Nijole Demsiene, Neurologist, for the care and expertise she provided. She was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to carefully evaluate my situation rather than rushing through the consultation. I appreciated her detailed approach and the professionalism with which she addressed my concerns. I felt that I was receiving thoughtful, comprehensive medical attention from a physician who genuinely cares about providing the right evaluation and guidance to her patients. I would also like to thank Ugne, the phlebotomist, for her exceptional care. She was extremely responsible, patient, and attentive throughout the process and took the time to carefully check everything before my MRI. I would absolutely recommend Meliva Clinic to anyone looking for professional, knowledgeable, and attentive medical care.

I travelled from the UK to Kaunas and…
I travelled from the UK to Kaunas and had a breast augmentation and lift at the Kardolita Hospital. From first contact, Neringer was amazing and so friendly, making me feel completely at ease during such a daunting time. She arranged everything for me, including transport to and from the hospital for all appointments and to the airport, as well as listening to any worries I had. My surgery was with Dr Marius Kulikauskas who was absolutely amazing. He was so professional from start to finish and listened to my wishes around what I’d like to achieve from the surgery and any worries I had. I have had fantastic results from his surgery which has given me my confidence back both now and into the future and which I am so grateful for. The hospital itself is very clean and all the staff are so friendly, I felt well looked after during surgery and one nights stay. The aftercare has also been good, where I have still felt looked after even when returning to the UK and know i can make contact with the Dr with any future concerns I have. Thank you everyone at the hospital for the quality of care I have received and I hope to see you again in the future.

Excellent Care & Professional Service
I travelled from Denmark to Kaunas for major abdominal and breast surgery with Dr. Hayek at Meliva Kardiolita Hospital. From my very first contact, I received thorough, realistic, and professional advice. The entire process, from communication and booking to the surgery and follow-up appointments, was safe and well organised. I was regularly checked on and could always reach Dr. Hayek or his team whenever I had questions. The hospital was clean and well maintained, with excellent hygiene standards, and the staff were kind, welcoming, and highly professional. If I ever needed surgery again, I would without a doubt choose Dr. Hayek and Meliva Kardiolita Hospital in Kaunas again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hip replacement at Meliva hospital in Vilnius
I had a hip replacement at Meliva 3 weeks ago, 4 days in the hospital and then 10 days at a medical spa in the south. I can’t praise the organisation and all the staff highly enough. One liaison person, Diana, organised the whole trip, from the medical details right down to all the taxi transfers. She kept me fully informed until my arrival at Meliva. I knew I was in safe hands from the strong handshake and clear explanation by the surgeon Dr Donnatas Ulevicius who spoke good English. It was very reassuring to stay in the hospital for a few days and establish some walking and physio exercises. The transfer to the UPA spa was seamless and my speedy recovery was certainly helped by having daily physio and other therapies, excellent food and being in an environment that was supportive and without the temptation to overdo things as I would probably have done at home. Despite the language barrier all the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The hospital and spa were very well organised and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend anyone contemplating going private in the UK, to sign up for Lithuania. The entire trip cost two thirds of just the operation at home, but more importantly the aftercare was brilliant. Thank you!!
