serious concern
I am a long and loyal customer to karen Millen - I used to go to Oxford exclusively to buy from the shop. Since the shop closed I started to buy online . The brand is going downhill at a shocking level. The goods I am receiving are all wrinkled packaging is awful and lastly no customer service to talk to except through messenger and whatsapp and it takes hours for them to respond. I purchased in August 3 items -kept 1 and returned 1 coat and one blouse . I received the refund for only the blouse and the coat was missing . They checked their cctv andthey told me that there was only a blouse coming back . I disputed the case with the carrier who informed me that it is due to Karen Millen to investigate - I challenged KM who responded with a rude comment making feel as if I was the thief - case closed . Before I realised that my coat wasn't refunded I bought other items from KM - it never arrived after 21 days as they forgot to process it - I was going to wear the clothes for my holiday . They accepted to refund me and omitted to refund me my postage !!! there are serious concerns with their process and I am willing to take it to the ombudsman and further as a longstanding customer I felt betrayed and humiliated .

I have always loved KM clothes and in the last year spent about £1500 on their clothes. Recently I returned 2 of 4 items from one order, they acknowledged receipt of one, a dress but not the other, a shirt. I wrote to them and advised that I have a copy of the postage return and that one of the items the shirt needed to be refunded. They replied advising that they will check their cctv camera to check whether both items described were in the package and if not I will not get a refund. I am obviously upset and wrote back saying this was unfair and that I was at their mercy as they only have access to the cctv and how can I get comfort in their processes as they must have an abundance of returns, and questioned why they don’t base returns on the weight as then they’d know I sent two items based on a combined rate. I had to trust their process and today I’ve received an email saying that their cctv showed that there was only one item in the parcel but not the dress?! This is contradictory as it’s the shirt that’s missing not the dress, they’ve refused to refund. I have advised iNatWest fraud team who are raising a dispute and will investigate with them and will get the money back hopefully and I’m going to pay the money to take it to small claims court. They are thieves and have incompetent, lazy staff who do not have a conscience to lie because they can’t be bothered to investigate properly. I will not use Karen Millen again, they can’t just take peoples money. Terrible, terrible people

Waiting for refund over 2 months now. Shocking service!
Still waiting for my £230.60 refund – extremely disappointing I returned dresses I ordered from Karen Millen and am still waiting for my £230.60 refund. I've sent back dresses within the 2 week time frame back in June. Contacted customer service after few weeks as I've not received my gift card. I was first told my gift voucher would be issued by 12 July – nothing arrived. On 8 August, I was told it would arrive within 72 hours – again, nothing. I was then told the issue had been escalated to IT and that my £230.60 voucher would be sent by 25 August. Today is 26 August, and I still have nothing. Karen Millen have now confirmed that the £230.60 voucher isn't even showing on my order. I have received repeated apologies and promises, but still no refund. I returned the goods, and this is £230.60 that I am owed. I should not have to repeatedly chase customer service to get my money back. Very disappointing customer service and accountability. I just want my refund resolved.

Please please please don't tell me you guys have started making dresses only for tall people and if so please show them on regular legged folk in the pictures. Maybe I will buy a mini dress, it'll probably come to somewhere below my knees given these last two dresses I ordered. I've never had this much trouble getting clothes from Karen Millen that fit me. Usually it's like their dresses are made for my body, now it looks like they have started making dresses for some kind of human daddy long legs hybrid. No way I'll have time to cut and rehem this skirt for my birthday party... I have an hour glass figure, I can't pull off maxi... these aren't even supposed to be maxi dresses... will this be my first ever return? I'm 5ft 6... I'm hardly short. I'll avoid anything that sits below the knees from now on to be on the safe side to avoid awkward fits I guess. I swear if I order a mini and that also turns out to be a maxi... I'm giving up!
