Amateurish packaging, instructions not in English and overpriced items
I was quite surprised at the very poor packing my items came in, almost as if they had been shipped by a person selling their own things than a supposedly professional business. My main gripe with it through is the instructions for the things ordered (little led flower light, calculator) are not in english so its a guessing game as to how to get them to work. I also bought a couple of everlasting pencils, which are only just about ok, its a full size pen, with a long thin eraser in the barrel and a small graphite nib. Just a bit odd. I do think these items are overpriced for what they are and will not be ordering again, and cannot recommend to others. Don't be seduced by the very pretty website!

Complete Disappointment!
This company is no good! They ship broken items and do not respond to emails and their phone number doesn't work. Save your money because you will be disappointed in the low quality items they ship out v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y! Lesson learned, will never order from this shop ever again!!

Extremely disappointed
I ordered 4 pastel colored eternal inkless pencils. There is a very short piece of pencil lead in them with a long eraser. It doesn't make sense why there isn't more lead. Also, they write so light you can hardly read it. I am extremely disappointed and will not order from Kawaii again.

This is a scam they will take your money
I paid for express 3 day delivery but my package wasn’t even shipped for ten days and after that it’s been in transit for a week and it’s not leaving china. The customer service is horrible they don’t reply at all I tried to cancel the purchase because it wasn’t shipped after I sent the email it suddenly got shipped but in transit ever since. Don’t waste your time with this company they are a scam I only found out they are in china after it got shipped. Please don’t waste your time with these useless people.
