Double charged me for subscription and autorenewal
Double charged me for subscription, then autorenewed both without advance (or even post-)notification. I only discovered it when auditing my monthly credit card statement. When I complained, they said they would only discontinue the autorenewal going forward. The email confirmation of the order at the time it was placed says nothing about autorenewal. If it was ever disclosed, it was hidden because we are always diligent about checking for that trap. In any case, credit card rules require disclosure, as well as advance notice before autorenewal. Despite their claims to the contrary, they do NOT adequately advise customers of the recurring nature of the subscription, and they do not send an email prior to the auto-renewal, as required by Visa. It's a hassle, but the chargeback dispute on this will be a slam dunk. As to the product itself, didn't function any better than free options.

I use the VPN which is pretty good; however, sometimes it cannot connect to aserver and it takes some minutes to find another that is available for connection
