Products look great
Products look great, especially the 5 lb mug. It will be useful for me as an elder (over 65). There was a "bug" in the e-mail/add to cart link, however, the support team responded quickly to resolve the matter.

The long 6" loading pin has faulty…
The long 6" loading pin has faulty threads and will not allow the plate that keeps the olympic plates on the loading pin anchored. The two short 1 to 2 inch loading pins will not anchor to the main plate because the threads have a smaller diameter than is necessary for it to anchor to the plate. I have sent the customer service multiple emails with no response. I have called and all it get is a digital run around with no individual answering the phone. I own thousands of dollars with the weightvest.com buying their V-Force Vests with zero manufacturing defects. This is a warning. Do not support this company. If you do have a problem it most likely will be ignored and cause a financial loss on your part. If I could give zero stars as a rating I would. Buyers beware!!!

Gold chrome plates rusted in under a year. Climate was completely controlled and with minimal private use. And zero customer support! Clean and oil it, they say. They have a 30 day return policy so of course you won’t know they’ll rust. You’re screwed! Thanks Kensui

Failure to resolve quality control issue with E-Z Max 2 Vest
Title: Terrible machining quality control and non-existent customer serviceReview:I purchased the EZ Max 2 vest and the manufacturing quality is a joke. I am a serious strength trainee who owns 28 V-Force vests from Weightvest.com, alongside gear from Rogue and Ironmaster. I know what precision equipment looks like, and Kensui completely missed the mark.The threads on the 1-inch pushup post are machined completely undersized. They do not engage the vest plate at all; the post just slips straight through the hole because it was cut too small. Furthermore, one of the 6-inch posts has misaligned threads that bind and lock up after two turns, rendering it useless.When you try to contact them, nobody answers the phone. When you email them, you get an automated response demanding a video to prove the defect. This is a text-book example of a company hiding behind technology to avoid dealing with their own manufacturing failures. If you want reliable fitness equipment and actual customer service, stick to Rogue, GoRuck, Ironmaster, or Weightvest.com. Kensui is not worth your money or your time.
