Poor Customer Service
It has taken them over a month to look into a problem with the app. They said they would get back to me and never did. Now, I ended up with an incorrect product. Their policy states you can return within 30 days of delivery, but they won't get back to you. It has been over a week with both email sent and telephone calls. Finally got a reply. Definitely not very helpful to the customer. Also, they have an office near me, but will not take the product at the office location. I need to spend the extra money to mail it to the office.

Extremely poor experience
Extremely poor experience. Order 62430-EU was placed and confirmed on 11 July 2026. The tracking number provided was DPD/SEUR 01565219287941. According to SEUR, the shipment was only “notified” / registered on 13 July 2026 at 10:28. Since then, there has been no real shipping progress visible to me and the parcel has not been delivered. I contacted Keto-Mojo support repeatedly — more than half a dozen emails — and only received a generic ticket confirmation. No substantive answer, no real support, no solution, and no refund. From a customer’s perspective, this feels like fraud. I paid for goods, the parcel appears not to have properly moved beyond electronic notification, support does not respond, and the company keeps my money without delivering the product or refunding me. In my opinion, this is unacceptable and potentially fraudulent behaviour. At the very least, it is one of the worst support experiences I have had with an online merchant. I am now forced to initiate a card dispute / chargeback with Revolut and consider further legal steps. I would strongly advise other customers to be very careful before ordering from Keto-Mojo Europe.

This is all bad, I have used 7 strips and got no results. Always a different error. What a waste of money…

Ordered from within Europe. Never got my order. Order: 58268-EU Fockers scammed me out of my money. Pre-paid unfortunately. Support never replied. Today is May 16th .. this is what i still see in the account profile: On its way Mar 17 Confirmed Mar 14

Very bad customer service.....
Very bad customer service...... I was asking for return and refund 2 days ago and no respond. Stay away from this company. Finaly I could reach them up and I sent my return back. They have been recieved it on 13 th of may 2026 since than nothing happend. Just a robber company .......
