DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered a pair of trainers for next day delivery and 3 weeks later the order hasn’t even been processed and they’ve ignored every single email I have sent. I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst customer service and a scam of a company!

Initial Delivery was fast - Returns are not good at all
Initial delivery was fast. However, I have since tried to return the shoes using the company’s return process, and they provided me with a tracked DPD return label. According to the tracking, the shoes were delivered back to the business two weeks ago. However, the return has still not been processed, and I have received no confirmation that the shoes have been received. I have also contacted their support@ email address several times for an update but have received no response. Overall, while the initial delivery was efficient, the returns process and lack of communication from customer support have been very disappointing.

Not received my order
I ordered a pair of Asics trainers to then receive a hoodie. I was informed I need to return the hoodie which I did a couple days after receiving. This was returned on August 11th to which I have not received a reply since and am still without the product I wanted.

Awful - DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I purchased a pair of Saucony Omni 9 trainers from Kick Game last week. At point of checkout, I specifically opted for the DPD drop-off and collection service where I pick up the parcel from my chosen collection point, the collection point in this case being a local Co-op store. Rather than fulfill this, Kick Game decided to send out the parcel using Royal Mail, of which Co-op do not accept Royal Mail parcels, and so my parcel was declined by Co-op and returned to sender. This is down to Kick Game failing to acknowledge my selected preference of delivery and instead opting for an option that I did not choose. I have emailed Kick Game about this and not received a response for five days. They are not responding to any of my emails. I have contacted them via their online form and also contacted them via their customer service email, and still no response from anybody or an acknowledgement to say they have received my email. Instead, they have sent me a confirmation that my parcel has been delivered, which is a complete lie, and now they have my parcel, have not bothered contacting me, and I have heard from nobody, with Kick Game still having my money. I would not recommend purchasing from Kick Game ever again. This was the first time I have purchased from them, and this will definitely be the last. A awful experience, with no communication, and from what it seems, liars, in the sense they are claiming my parcel was delivered with their false email confirmations, when in fact it was returned to sender according to Royal Mail tracking.

I ordered a hoody and heard nothing about delivery. I’ve contacted them multiple times and not heard anything back. Getting frustrated now is an understatement.
