Biosecurity risk - infested seeds
I ordered lotus seeds and they never arrived. I contacted the company and they said it was my responsibility to contact customs to find out what happened. I did eventually get a notice from the Australian Department of Agriculture to advise the seeds that came from China were destroyed due to “an unacceptable level of biosecurity risk” for highly invasive khapra beetle. I contacted the company and sent them the biosecurity notice and received no reply.

kilotelast - Scam
kilotelast - i ordered some lotus flower seeds from this chinese company in October 2024 and they never arrived. I have emailed them several times and they keep sending me a tracking number and when i follow the link its says that the item arrived in Australia in November and is being held by customs. They told me to contact customs? i dont believe they ever sent the item. This is a scam. Beware! I have now applied for a refund through PayPal.

package destroyed
i ordered some lotous seeds that were blocked by customs because there was no declaration stating what they were, so all i recived was an empty envolope with a customs notice saying that they were destroyed,i email them to say that they were destroyed because of their negligence and all i get back is ask your neighbours as one of them must have recived them,all i want is my payment refunded but i get the same answer each time ...

I ordered the travel journal and stamps. After waiting more than 6 weeks they finally arrived, There were NO stamps and the journal were the flimsyist books that I could have got at the dollar store..for a dollar not $76 TOTAL SCAM

We ordered two Harry Potter Knight bus advent calendars. They were not filled with the real items. They replaced the items with cheap versions and non trademarked items! They took forever to arrive as well! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
