I am experiencing the same issues as…
I am experiencing the same issues as reported by others this week. Transfers of my money sitting as pending. Customer service will not answer the question why other than to say it is experiencing high volume. I now consider Kinesis money an extremely high risk.

8 days in a "Created/Canceled" loop—severe lack of transparency and liquidity concerns
***Updated August 30, 2026 . After 4 years invested with kinesis, I can unequivocally say that I HATE Kinesis. I hate this company, I am nauseous, and sick with worry about my money. Told by support not to worry and that the payments team is handling it, meanwhile I see that so many people are having problems getting their money; and waiting for weeks, or months! I am so angry. I believe that anyone who says they “love kinesis”, did not buy KVT tokens, nor have they tried to take a withdrawal. I also think you haven’t seen the all-time chart for KVT because kinesis removed it and only allows you to see one year back! The all-time chart will show a straight drop from US$2100. I believe my account manager Michael Barrett is a good person, and he truly believed what he told me when he said that there was “a lot of demand for KVT token“. This was at US$2100 KVT token, or just after it had collapsed about half. I understand that including an all-time chart looks bad, especially if you don’t expect KVT to return to its previous levels. I just feel deceived by kinesis because they removed the all-time chart for KVT . I’ve been having doubts about kinesis since I saw on Coingecko the KAG token trading $24 under spot, and the KVT token plunging to $300. Although these could be glitches in the system, it makes me have doubts that kinesis is fully capitalized. And these delays, are not helping with my trust at all, and same goes with my friends and family who I shared kinesis with! I really believed in this company, and I am so disappointed. More importantly, I am trying to liquidate my small position and exit Kinesis Money, but my funds have been stuck in limbo for 8 days now. When I spoke to Michael Barrett on the phone about my compliance, he agreed that I had already completed that process, so I don’t expect this to be a problem.The platform’s withdrawal system is behaving in a highly erratic manner. The system automatically generates a check or withdrawal for my blockchain transaction, only to cancel it immediately after. This cycle of creating and canceling the transaction has happened multiple times consecutively, leaving my payout perpetually "pending."Given that other public reviews highlight identical multi-week withdrawal delays right now, this does not feel like an isolated glitch. Because crypto market prices are currently dropping, the continuous artificial delays raise serious concerns for me as a user. It leaves me questioning whether the platform actually holds the immediate liquidity required for my transaction, or if the process is being delayed to source the assets elsewhere while taking advantage of changing market prices.When a platform traps a user's funds in an endless automated loop during a downward market trend, it severely damages trust. I need Kinesis support to stop the automated cancellation loop, provide immediate clarity on their current asset liquidity, and release my pending funds today. I see that Kinesis can see the payment based on the 4 checks that were created and canceled. And I see that possibly test payments were made? For a tiny tiny fraction of my withdrawal. My account works fine yet here I am still waiting. After four canceled checks, and test payments gone through clear;I ask that Kinesis broadcast my crypto to the Blockchain, please. Crypto prices are down. At the very least, please broadcast my crypto withdrawal onto the Blockchain, before you broadcast that you are going bankrupt! If I am not understanding this correctly, please feel free to correct me. I’d love to be proven wrong, and write a positive review correcting myself. KM13824109

Problem Withdrawing Funds
On 5th Aug, I submitted a transaction to have funds transferred to my bank account. It is now 26th Aug and the transaction is flagged as pending. In the past I have had no trouble with such transactions. I have asked my account manager on several occassions to investigate but he has received no feedback from the team responsibile for the processing and also no feedback from senior managers. Any suggestions? My transfer has now been processed on 26th Aug - Thanks

Wake up folks
Wake up folks! We're at the wrong end of a Ponzi scheme. On June 10, 2026 I sold 7400 ounces of silver and still waiting for the withdrawal of cash. Kinesis is like every other company (And country) in the world that did not prepare for a liquidity crisis that we're in now.; 8/26/26 Kinesis has now asked for more information. I guess they lost the 29 emails between the Support, the account manager and myself with replies. Amazing, you can't make this stuff up

Thousands Trapped, No Human Help, Zero Resolution After 11 Days
UPDATE (August 25, 2026): Kinesis responded to this review and requested my account information, which I provided immediately. Two business days have now passed with zero movement on my withdrawal. Four cancelled withdrawals, 11+ days, tens of thousands of dollars still locked, and still no human contact or resolution. The public response appears to be damage control, not genuine action. INITIAL REVIEW -Tens of thousands of dollars stuck in my Kinesis account. I've requested withdrawals repeatedly, only to be hit with endless "account name mismatch" compliance issues that they explain but refuse to fix. The worst part? There is no way to speak with a human who can provide resolution. I'm trapped in an email-and-chat loop with support and an Account Executive that gives me nothing but promises they're "prioritizing my case"—with no results whatsoever. In 11+ days, Kinesis has cancelled my withdrawals four times on their end. Four. Times. Meanwhile, my money remains locked with zero clarity on when or how it will be released. This isn't just poor service—it's a system designed to delay and deflect. When you can't reach anyone, get no answers, and watch your funds vanish into a black hole of compliance excuses, you have to wonder who you're really trusting with your money. Do not trust them with your funds until they prove they can actually release them.
