Customer service is a joke
Customer service is a joke. I ordered a black cap and was sent a green one. I contacted customer service and they told to start an exchange or refund. 2 problems with that. They don't have the cap I wanted in stock anymore and they are charging me for return shipping for an issue they created. Why am I being held responsible to fix their mistake?

4 days and usps still hasn't received…
4 days and usps still hasn't received the hat. Support non existent after trying to reach out for an update, no response. May have to contact my credit card company at this point. Update (7/6/26) Package says delivered but no package has arrived. Upon checking my ring camera no packages have arrived. update 7/6/26 After multiple emails with support and calls to usps I was able to obtain my package. Ill leave it at 4 stars for the hassle and constant need to reach out. Final Update 7/9/26 Support refunded my shipping cost as a nice gesture. Support at this company is fantastic. I wish they used ups or fedex, as usps is nightmare. But that isnt their fault. I will leave my original review up as a testament to how great they solve issues. I updated to 5 stars.

Returns are easy, new cap fits great
I am very happy to report, that King and Fifth was very easy to work with on my recent return. I had ordered the wrong size cap, but their customer care team helped me work through some glitches and get the correct size to me. I am very happy to have a cap that isn't made for a super high crowned head.

A friend was wearing one of your hats, and I really liked it, so I asked where he purchased it and he sent me the link to your website. And that's where my problems first started, because I liked too many of your hats and couldn't decide on which one I should purchase first, so I opted for 3 varieties, and I am overwhelmingly pleased with my new hats.
