Thieves!! My wallet rejected a transaction from different casino and sent it by mistake to this casino. Instead of refunding the money which is my obvious right the support reply ti me by writing: Hello! We have carefully reviewed your request. Because the transfer in question was sent well after your permanent self-exclusion took effect, your account remains fully closed and inactive. As a result, we cannot process any refunds or return any funds related to this transaction. We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but our decision is final. JUDGE for yourselves!

Closed my account for winning too much
I deposited money with no bonus features or anything like that, won tens of thousands 2 stars for the rush Someone logged into my account and cleared all the money in random games I managed to withdraw a couple of hundreds before support told me my account has been permanently closed with some B.S reasons
