My month sub ran out because I cancelled so I had 30 download time credits left but I couldn't use them because I was told I had to upgrade. Yeah, unable to use something I paid for. Fast forward to a month later I upgraded to the starter tier because I wanted to use this service again because the singing AI voice cloning is pretty decent. I went from 30 download time to 15 download time after upgrading. TOTAL SCAM!!!

I try to log in into my account to cancel subscription, but they don't have a login button just a create account button. When you ask how to cancel my subscription they say login into your account. They are really the definition of scam. I barely used it once to see how it is,.it was very bad and I stopped using it long ago. Now I get charged 23£ a month or maybe more often than that and I simply cannot access my account to stop that.

Bad sound quality. Not living up to expectations
I purchased the Producer Plan today specifically to use the voice cloning feature for professional audio work. Unfortunately, the output quality is completely unusable. The cloned voices sound highly artificial, distorted, and metallic. Free, open-source alternatives like RVC v2 deliver vastly superior, more natural results than this paid premium service.When I realized the platform could not fulfill the professional-grade cloning advertised, I immediately contacted customer support for a same-day refund. They completely refused, citing their strict non-refundable policy.If you are a serious producer or audio engineer looking for high-quality voice cloning, save your money. The quality ceiling here is incredibly low, and once they have your money, they will not give it back, even if you cancel and request a refund within hours of signing up.

Bloated, overpriced and Terrible Sound Quality
They want a fortune to download a few minutes of audio and the quality is very bad indeed. They need to work on their offering, even perfectly matched pitch sounds dodgy....I cancelled my subscription and had plenty of minutes left, but they removed the credits which I had paid for... Don't bother!

Unclear charges
As more people complain of, they charge and then ask. They offered me to pause my subscription and the moment I tried to unpause to cancel it (just moving to the free plan till I needed), that charged me again. Will never use this service again and please, double check before you do it!
