Our travel agent booked a transfer for…
Our travel agent booked a transfer for us (3 adults and luggage) from Zurich Central Station to Hotel in Zurich and also from the Hotel to Zurich Airport. On the booking voucher it stated definitely to stay and wait at the platform for the driver who would show up with a sign with our name on it. We had no Simcard for Switzerland as we only stayed 2 nights and therefor had no internet and no whatsapp. We waited for about 20 minutes and nobody showed up. We then got a Esim card and contacted Kiwitaxi. There was some confusion until the driver sent his photo and then he was there, no sign with our names . He was very upset because he had tried to contact us and could not. He also had parked where he should not and was going off about how little he earned and that he could be fined for 100 Franken . Which is not our problem! The day after that day the travel agent had booked the same big car to fetch us from the hotel and take us to the airport at 07h00. At about 20h00 at night the driver contacted us to ask how many people we were and how many pieces of luggage there were. We gave him the info . He then said we had booked the wrong car and he would have to look for another car and that would cost extra. He asked again for details of the luggage and we wrote to him that we had 3 big suitcases, 1 cabin size suitcase, 1 backpack and 2 pieces of hand luggage. Altogether 7 pieces of luggage. Thereafter no contact. We then phoned the travel agent and asked what we should do. She contacted Kiwi Taxi and they told her that they were under the impression that we had 7 pieces of large suitcases. Which was a lie and we had it all in writing. We did not know whether they would pick us up the next morning. Fortunately we were picked up in time and taken to the airport. We will certainly never book with Kiwi Taxi again.

Early contact, safe driver, extremely polite and professional
The driver contacted in English around an hour before departure which meant we were able to move the time earlier as we were ready before we expected to be. He was extremely polite, stopped and bought us water along the way, drove really safely and played excellent music!

Excellent service depuis l'aéroport…
Excellent service depuis l'aéroport d'Agadir à notre hôtel Taghazout! Nabil le chauffeur de taxi: dès que j'ai allumé mon téléphone à l'atterrissage, il nous a envoyé un message avec une photo de son panneau avec notre nom comme quoi il nous attendait devant l'aéroport! 👌 Très sympathique avec une belle Skoda Superb confortable! Je recommande votre service.

The round-trip transfer in Marocco
The round-trip transfer in Marocco between El Jadida and Marrakech Airport (over 200 km each way) went very well. The vehicles were clean. The service was punctual, and the drivers—Abdul-Ilah and Emad—were friendly and drove very well.
