DO NOT BUY KNOG SCOUT BIKE ALARM! Terrible, terrible experience with this so called bike alarm, impossible to get hold of anybody at knog and retailer I bought it from is no help what’s so ever! purchased this 18 months ago - it’s never worked correctly since fitted, issues with connectivity, low volume and never holding its charge. in the end we did a full factory reset only to find it worked but would not disconnect with my iPhone, despite closing the app and disconnecting Bluetooth it constantly kept going off for over 3 weeks - after paying £50 plus I feel totally cheated and want my money back! But it’s impossible to deal with the clowns in Australia - nothing but a total con the alarm does not work - we had to put a hammer to smash it up to stop it going off constantly - try sending that back to Australia!!! Do you not understand?? i can’t get through to your customer services and claim - I’m in the U.K. and the retailer doesn’t want to know! I certainly will not be sending it back to you in Australia unless you pay for the postage! What sort of company are you trying to operate in U.K. and offering no service to your customers - the retailer is Cycle Space, Whaley Bridge. High peak. So you should be talking to them!!!!

I bought the Knog Blinder for my commuter bike
I bought the Knog Blinder for my commuter bike. Quality is great, it looks and feels well made. The light setting options are perfect and easy to toggle through, with the highest setting able to provide comfort at high speed in pitch black conditions.

Issue with the saddle mount for my Blinder Link Rear Light
I have owned the Blinder Link rear light of a couple of years and it is mounted under the saddle and used at least weekly regardless of the time of year. The mount had a structural failure which meant it no longer attached to my saddle. I contacted Knog in Australia via email to report the issue and sent a couple of photos. It had been a gift so I had no proof of purchase but James at Knog accepted the failure and has sent me a replacement free of charge. He also assured me that they had enhanced the design to mitigate the chances of this happening again. The matter was resolve within 48 hours. Excellent customer support and service.
