Unresponsive Customer Service
I used to love Knomo. I had previously purchased two of their backpacks and used them to bits. However, recently, I bought a travel case just before a holiday. Three days into the holiday, the clear plastic split from the leather trim despite the case being half full. Having just bought the case, I emailed Knomo and am now on my third follow up email with zero response from them. I've also tried reaching out on social and again, no response. Not sure what else I can do. @Knomo, if you're reading this, please can you respond to my emails?

No delivery. No contact. No response to emails
It's now the 25th of August. I placed my order on the 7th. That's 12-13 working days since my order was placed. I bought a bag in Australia in 2010. Love it and it's still in great condition. Apart from a 'thank you for your order' email I've not received anything. My account just says 'unfulfilled'. I've included my order number in this post and in my 'help' emails. What do we do now?

Not delivering package and not responding
I purchased a bag from them. Got an email claiming it got delivered - only no delivery attempt was made. I was home all day waiting for the package. No one even rang the door bell. The only proof of delivery they provide is a PDF receipt??? which claims I signed for the package. Not even a picture. Sent them an email requsting to investigate the issue - radio silence so far. P.S.: there had been no response whatsoever to me requesting them to investigate missing package. I had to raise dispute with the bank.

Fab bag fab service Even though I bought my bag second hand, the customer service was great and they still supported me. The bag is gorgeous too so I would definitely recommend knomo
