Terrible product and no customer service
My Son bought a Koowheel electric skateboard at Christmas. It took 4 months to get here. When it did, the thing broke within days and Koowheel just don't seem to give a damn about it. No help, no support, no solution. We're about to issue a claim against them. Seriously, if you want to buy a crappy skateboard that doesn't work and get no support whatsoever, buy one for £50 on ebay. Save yourself some money.

Customer support is non-existent
I quite like the product, the Koowheel board (2nd Gen, D3M Onyx longboard), while it was functional operated well and was as advertised, however this is more a review of customer service. After developing a fault (possibly a mother board fault however no one's ever made themselves available to diagnose or advise on how to rectify) the board is now inoperable. Multiple attempts have been made to contact Koowheel, not for warranty, just information on how to rectify the issue, all to no avail. I got one response once from someone in China asking where I bought the board, which I replied, and that's where the conversation ended. Further attempts have been futile, no one anywhere in the world wants to answer any questions about this product or provide any information. I give a functional product 4 stars, but I give customer support 0 stars.

Do not wast your money on koowheels
Do not wast your money on koowheels! They will only be running for 4-5 months and when you contact the company you wont get any help... no warranty at all. No that is not complely true.... they will fix you problems if you pay for it yourself ..

I like it so much
Look no further. their board is faster and lasts way longer than any other board in this price range. I race cars down residential streets and have clocked myself at speeds up to 25mph.
