The return process is ridiculous.
The return process is ridiculous. I ordered one item that was too small. I immediately reached out to them to return because there's no way to do this online. 15 back-and-forth emails later, I have paid for the return postage and am hopeful I will get a refund. I think their strategy is to make the experience so terrible that you just keep the items.

Les bijoux commandés ont été reçu rapidement et sont de bonnes qualités. J’ai eu un soucis sur la taille du piercing (erreur de ma part alors de la commande) et le SAV a été très compréhensif et très rapide afin de me renvoyer l’article.

Amazing customer service and real quality
I ordered a 14K solid gold navel stud as an anniversary gift for my girlfriend, and the quality is genuinely lovely. Proper solid gold, really nicely finished. Where they really won me over was how they dealt with a problem. The stud arrived much smaller than it looked in the product photos, small enough that it wouldn't fit the piercing at all. I emailed support honestly expecting a bit of a battle, and instead got a quick, apologetic reply offering me a free replacement of my choice. When I picked something different they sorted it straight away and covered the price difference themselves. No arguing, no hassle. My one bit of feedback would be to show sizing a bit more clearly in the photos, as the pieces are more delicate in person than they look online. But honestly, they turned a stressful anniversary situation into a great experience, and that counts for a lot. I'd order again.

The design was cute
The design was cute, stud earrings but I was disappointed by the quality. In the piercing area, I noticed some black tarnish or residue, which I wouldn’t expect from something advertised as real gold.

First time ordering ordered a 118.00…
First time ordering ordered a 118.00 14k nose ring. Received packaged very good was excited. Then couldn’t get back off threading was way to tight. Finally got off post was bent and no way of getting back on to lock. Contacted customer service cut off several times then told email service explaining and video. I did which come on how do you video with one hand and something so tiny. Both times email comes back undeliverable saying problem on their end. I would never recommend.
