I have visited Kreativ Dental in Budapest five or six times over the past three years to have caps, implants and root canal treatment undertaken by Dr Cristian Pilihaci. I have now completed the treatment and am very happy with the result. Dr Cristian is the best dentist that I have ever had (and I have had many). He was very careful and gave me great confidence throughout. The office and administrative staff were also extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Before choosing Kreativ Dental, I investigated the other options in great detail (Turkey, India etc.) for use of top grade materials, professional standards, aftercare etc.. My conclusion was that Kreativ Dental is a very a professional organisation with considerable expertise. My subsequent experience proved this to be correct and the treatment I received exceeded my expectations.

You can put your trust in Kreativ Dental
I have been having comprehensive dental work with Kreativ for more than 20 years. I have been very happy with the dental work, including implants and crowns to create a perfect bite and look. I return annually for the free check up, with the free airport taxi transfer service for each appointment. The skill and expertise of the team is impressive and the ancillary staff are always helpful and kind. There is generally no language barrier, which is just as well as Hungarian would defeat most of us visitors! Even taking the cost of travel and accommodation into account it is more affordable than here in the UK. As a bonus Budapest is a fantastic city to visit and get to know a little over the years.

Brilliant service highly recommend I researched dental practices before selecting Kreativ. I was advised by my northern Ireland dentist that Hungary had a good name. I telephoned the Irish Rep. Mary Flanagan. a friendly amiable lady who is informative and supportive no matter when you telephone. I booked a flight she arranged everything else. Courtesy taxi appointment and discounted hotel.. The treatment was excellent . Almost pain free . My thanks to Ivan my dentist. Careful , thoughtful and patient. I even drifted into sleep nearly a couple of times as he was so gentle. I now have a mouthfull of implants and bridges. And I am delighted. The cost? Definitely half of what I would pay here in Ireland or Northern Ireland. Very modern equipment. Pointed out items missed by the local dentist here. My wife was with me for part of the time and so impressed that she had some remedial work done. If you are researching then give Mary Flanagan a ring. A lovely and helpful lady

Kreativ Dental Full-Mouth Reconstruction
After months of researching dental clinics in Hungary, I chose Kreativ Dental for my full-mouth reconstruction, and it proved to be the right decision. My case was complex. Although I have always taken good care of my teeth and lived a healthy lifestyle, genetics left me with ongoing dental problems that ultimately required every tooth to be restored with crowns, while my bite needed to be completely rebuilt. Although treatment in Hungary was far more affordable than in the U.S., it was still a major investment, so I wanted the best clinic, not simply the least expensive one. Since I was traveling from Rhode Island, returning for repeated corrections would have been expensive and impractical. Knowing that Hungary is a member of the European Union, where dental materials and medical devices are regulated by EU standards, gave me confidence, but choosing the right clinic remained the most important decision. From my very first email, Kreativ Dental impressed me with its professionalism. After reviewing my X-rays and treatment plan from my American dentist, they prepared a detailed treatment plan with transparent pricing and answered every question thoroughly. Once I arrived in Budapest, everything operated like a well-coordinated team. Every appointment was efficient, yet I never felt rushed. Most of my treatment was performed by Dr. Ádám Páncel ( dentist) and his two assistants. Their skill, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care were outstanding. One feature that truly sets Kreativ Dental apart from other clinics is its on-site dental laboratory. During my crown try-ins, Dr. Páncel invited the lab technician into the treatment room so we could evaluate the fit, bite, and appearance of my crowns together before making any adjustments. Watching the dentist and technician collaborate, and including me in the discussion, gave me tremendous confidence that achieving the best possible result, not simply the fastest, was their priority. I was equally impressed by how the clinic handled unexpected issues. When one prepared tooth became sensitive, Dr. Páncel immediately evaluated it, adjusted my bite, performed additional testing, and arranged a root canal to prevent future complications. When part of my temporary bridge became discolored, he had a new one made before I left the office. Dr. Ádám Biró, the Endodontist who performed my root canal, and his assistant, Maria Kocsan-Kerekes, were exceptional. After many long appointments, they noticed I was nervous. Maria handed me a stress ball, and Dr. Biró administered the injections so gently that I barely felt them. What truly distinguishes Kreativ Dental, however, is its people. Everyone, from receptionists and hygienists to dentists, technicians, and even the café staff, treated me with kindness, professionalism, respect, and genuine care. One example is café barista Tóthné Vári Tünde. On my first day at the clinic, she noticed that my American charger would not fit the Hungarian outlets, and she kindly lent me her own. Later, between my treatments, she quietly brought me ice water with a straw without me even asking. Throughout my treatment at Kreative Dental, every concern was taken seriously, and every issue was addressed promptly and professionally. The clinic and its staff earned my complete trust and appreciation, and I recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering extensive dental treatment in Hungary. I'll update this review after living with my final zirconia restorations for several months.

Very clever selling tactic. The dentist who treated me was very good, and I was happy with the quality of the dental work. However, my experience with the sales and customer service side was disappointing. I felt that unless you agreed to the full treatment plan recommended by the representatives, you were treated differently. I also found the pricing confusing. My treatment estimate increased from around £2,700 to over £5,100, which I did not fully appreciate at the time. In my opinion, the way the treatment options and costs were presented was not as clear as it could have been. While the clinical care was good, I left feeling that the sales process was more focused on maximising the treatment plan than on helping me make a fully informed decision.
