Bought this for a birthday gift
Bought this for a birthday gift. Advertised as an awesome item for baseball practice only to find out I was enrolled into a monthly subscription I didn’t know about and the popper broke after a handful of uses and can’t be warrantied or replaced. Definitely don’t recommend this product at all.

terrible product and experience
Embarrassed to say I fell for this trap. The pics that pop up when you make the purchase clearly have "tee popper" on the product, which is deceiving IMO. I also didn't pay enough attention and got signed up for a $60/month!!!! club. And finally, the product broke after 4-5 uses. Definitely avoid.

Charged $40 every 28 days for an item my order confirmation listed as free
I ordered a Tee Popper May 2026. The order confirmation listed a second item, "The Dugout Club x 1," under the heading "Shipping not required items," showing $40.00 struck through and the price as Free. Quantity one. Nothing in that confirmation mentioned a subscription, a renewal, a trial, a billing interval, or how to cancel. I was then charged $40.00 on June, July and August. $120 in total. Three of the company's own documents give three different answers about what this costs. My order confirmation says $0.00, quantity one, "Free." Their published refund policy says it "renews monthly at $39.99." Their own cancellation confirmation says "Billing frequency: 28 days" and "The Dugout Club x 1 - $40.00." A 28-day cycle is 13 charges a year, not 12. Their refund policy states you receive a confirmation email with cancellation instructions when the subscription is created. I never received one. When I asked, support told me to check my spam folder. There was nothing there either. The only emails I ever got about the Dugout Club arrived on or immediately before each charge, said only "Thank you for being part of the Dugout Club," and contained no links at all. I asked support three times,what a Dugout Club membership actually provides. I never received an answer. Their help center has twenty articles about Dugout Club billing, cancellation and payment disputes, and not one describing a single member benefit. I have since cancelled, opened a dispute with my bank, and reported the store through Shopify's merchant reporting form under the Fraud category, since these charges are processed through Shopify Payments. The descriptor on my statement reads SP KYNVALE MELBOURNE. I have also filed with the FTC and my State Attorney General. Two things worth checking before you order. Their terms specify Australian law and returns shipped to Australia at your own cost, but I could find no ABN or registered business name for "Kynvale" on the Australian Business Register. And on 26 August the store replaced its entire product catalogue. The item I bought now returns a 404. If you have ordered from this store, check your card statement for a $40.00 charge roughly every four weeks.

Same as others. I purchased a tee popper and they snuck in a free trial of a subscription I never asked for, and then charged as much as the tee popper as a monthly subscription for some freely available YouTube videos. Don't buy anything from them, it's a fraudulent shop. I also learnt to check trust pilot before buying something online.
