⭐️⭐️ Really disappointed with my experience with LACED. I ordered a pair of UGGs as a birthday present for my mum, but when they arrived there were noticeable marks throughout the suede. I contacted customer service with photos, hoping they would be able to offer some sort of goodwill gesture given the condition and the fact they were intended as a gift. I was told that the marks are a characteristic of the material and that the shoes had passed their authentication checks. I understand that suede can naturally have variations, but these marks were much more noticeable than I expected and my other UGGs that I’ve owned for over a year don’t have anything like the same level of marking. What disappointed me most was that despite explaining the circumstances, LACED wouldn’t offer any partial refund or goodwill compensation. The only option offered was to return the shoes for a full refund, which wasn’t ideal with my mum’s birthday coming up and not enough time to find another pair. Customer service were polite, but I feel there could have been more understanding and flexibility given the circumstances. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t be rushing to order from LACED again.
