Used to be Amazing, but.....

Used to be amazing, but now they have terrible customer service and their presale items take forever. They have also raised prices significantly. I still love the old collection stuff and being able to earn points for reviews, hence the two stars instead of one. But they are very unfair with certain promos and only letting certain people get them. I do not recommend buying from them anymore. Shop secondhand online or try other companies, as LaceMade will no longer make you feel like a princess.

Messed up order, exchanged items still incorrect. Disrespectful AI chat bot.

Do NOT purchase from this horrible company. Buy second hand if you're going to buy. This company will send you the wrong sizes, blame you for their mistake, not offer any sort of genuine apology, then expect you to pay for your exchange shipping. Every single item in my order was wrong, and the products they exchanged them for were still wrong! When you receive your exchange- for the exact same product, it will STILL be the wrong size. Frankly this company does not care about fixing their mistakes! The only thing they care about is taking advantage of you. This has been going on for a month now, and they still have not resolved this. If you want to have to beg an AI for solutions, and to fix its mistake, then this is the company for you.
