From my 1st initial meeting to signing at notary everything was handled professionally but with a smile. They are a great bunch of people who completed the sale within the time frame given. I would not hesitate to use them.

Best Estate Agent In Puerto Del Carmen
What an amazing service we received from the team at Lanzarote Investments Puerto Del Carmen. We sold one apt and purchased another with them, the professionalism, help, advice and friendliness from the whole team was second to none. We would like to give a special shout out to Dylan who provided a brilliant service throughout the sales process of our Apt. Alex who was amazing throught the buying process of our new home, both of them replying to messages out of hours and even whilst on holiday, they are such lovely lads and we would have absolutely no problem reccomending them to anyone. Then there's Maddie working tirelessly behind the scenes, she is a brilliant asset to the team, she's very knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and is always there at the end of the phone, even if you just want to voice any concerns with the sometimes frustrating part of buying and selling in the Spanish system, I just love her, she's fab. Thank you so much to all of you, we are now very happy in our new home.

We would like to give the Lanza Investments team a huge thank you for the help, support & professionalism in selling our house. From start to finish it was a total pleasure, bookings, viewings & feedback all provided quickly & efficiently with no stress to ourselves. Particular mention to Anthony & Adam for your professionalism thanks for your hard work. Then the notary/admin team, Maddie was an absolute pleasure Im sure she had answered my questions before I’d even realized, you are lucky to have her on your team. Lastly Jessica who accompanied us to the notary & finalized everything as Maddie was on holiday, exceptional, many thanks. A truly professional company who we would 100% recommend to market your property.
