Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I don't think this is even a real company. I ordered a single key replacement and over a month and half later and I've had no delivery from them, and they refuse to answer my emails asked for a status on my order. Avoid this company at all costs, they're just a scam.

Terrible communication and website!
Terrible communication and terrible website, I ordered 1 key and 2 were placed on my order and shipped. I immediately saw the error after placing my order and sent an email explaining the situation but they did not correct it. I sent a second email and still was not corrected. Yes two keys were sent and I was charged for two keys. I also sent another email asking a question about the colors available just in case I could get a lighter color . The color I actually ordered was lighter and shade than the color I received. Again, I did not receive an email or phone call back from this company. I was glad I was able to give them at least a one-star rating since on the brighter note, the one key I did need fit perfectly and I am very happy with that though I was not happy with the customer service and inability to call the company directly since I was not getting any response from their email system.

Doesn’t Work!
It’s extremely difficult or impossible to attach these without breaking the flimsy switches or having them uneven. They have NO directions that come with them. I took them to a professional computer repairer and even they couldn’t attach them because it was too cheap and flimsy. And customer service is awful, they take forever to respond to each back and forth (which lasted 2 months), and refused to give me a refund no matter how much proof I give them it didn’t work.
