Fantastic Booking System, But Support Needs Work
Updating my review after finally hearing back from support. I’ll be fair here: the LatePoint product itself is genuinely excellent. Feature wise, it has almost everything we need, the UI is clean, and it’s surprisingly easy to customize workflows, automations, and integrations. We’ve connected it with n8n and it works seamlessly. From a product standpoint alone, I’d honestly rate it 5 stars. However, the support experience was extremely frustrating. Only after posting my original review did support finally reach out within hours. For an appointment booking system, support responsiveness matters a lot because customers can end up scrambling for solutions while their business is actively running. So at this point my experience is: 5 stars for the product 2 stars for support Hopefully support response times improve moving forward, because the plugin itself has a lot of potential. -------------- A frustrating experience. I’ve just started using LatePoint with a lifetime license, and honestly I regret going this route. The plugin itself has potential, but the support is extremely disappointing. I’ve sent multiple follow ups on the same ticket, at least three emails, and never received a single response. When you’re dealing with something as critical as an appointment system, this is unacceptable.

Latepoint heeft een geweldige gebruikerservaring. Het dashboard is echt superfijn om in te werken. Het is goed te begrijpen hoe je het moet instellen en hoe het werkt. De functionele mogelijkheden zijn uitgebreid. De plugin neemt je daarmee veel uit handen en levert je dus veel op. Enige minpuntje wat ik kan bedenken is dat de documentatie bij sommige opties ontbreekt of gedateerd is. Hier staat weer tegenover dat de support je tickets snel in behandeling neemt, en dat de antwoorden op de tickets erg goed zijn. Voor mij had Latepoint persoonlijk een video met instructies gemaakt.

Excellent Booking Plugin with Stellar Support
We’ve been using the LatePoint plugin for our booking system and it has exceeded our expectations in terms of functionality, user experience, and flexibility. The interface is clean, modern, and incredibly intuitive for both admins and clients. Setting up services, agents, and schedules was a smooth process, and the plugin offers great customization options for most needs. What truly stands out, however, is the customer support—fast, responsive, and always helpful. Whether it’s a technical query or a feature clarification, the support team consistently delivers with clarity and professionalism. The only feature we feel is currently missing is a custom field date & time picker, which would be incredibly useful for collecting additional date-specific information from users. We’re hopeful this gets added in a future update. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for a powerful and user-friendly booking solution on WordPress.
