Website easy to use/navigate. Selection of jewellery is great. I had a query about my order and this was answered very promptly. Apologies were given. Resolved. Job done. Felt that the responder actually cared about the situation and considered me!

My granddaughter’s earring broke. It was just within the 12 month warranty period but unfortunately I didn’t have an order number. I emailed Laura Bond with the purchase details and received a very prompt reply. We received a prepaid address slip from them to return the earring. They apologised for the faulty product which they claimed was not to their usual standard and with a week my granddaughter received her replacement earring We were extremely happy with the service we received. It is only when you have problems when you realise how good a company is and Laura Bond were, in my view faultless. I highly recommend them.

Brought my daughter up to Laura Bond to have her ears pierced for the first time - All the staff were so lovely from helping her choose, explaining the process and doing the piercing. Nothing felt rushed. Thank you so much x

After purchasing titanium helix earrings from other sites which were a nightmare to affix and still caused irritation to my ear I finally purchased from Laura Bond. They might be much more expensive but if, like me, you suffer with allergy to metals it's well worth getting a real gold or silver option. The helix earring, whilst still being fiddly, was easier to affix, it still swivels around which I suppose is hard to prevent given its location but it certainly performs better than others I have tried. Plus no irritation.
