I excepted the free samples - paying for the postage. I was told that I would be contacted to see how I was getting on with the cream before anything went further. Without speaking to me they took money out of my account! I was going to cancel the account as my skin reacted the cream. I've tried contacting them on the chat line and I was told that the rep would call me and sort it, but I could not cancel my account with out speaking to her. I have not heard from her. I've emailed the company and still nothing. Do not have any dealing with this company as the whole thing is a scam. If it was possible I would give '0' stars

I have suffered from insanely dry skin…
I have suffered from insanely dry skin for as long as I can remember and tried everything on the market . I never EVER trust cold calls however receiving the call was the best thing that has happened for my skin. I will never use another product, my advice is to give it a go because trust me the cream is amazing

This company is a joke
This company is a joke, or a scam!!! They called me regarding a complementary trial for their products. I had to pay 5£ for dhl express delivery. I have told them the actual address i am living because in their database they had different one.. and still they sent the package to the old address with royal mail! I have sent them lots of emails telling them the situation and i had no answer! I would never recommend! Because careful in who contacts you over the phone!

I highly recommend Matinika moisturizer morning and night to keep your skin thoroughly hydrated. Pairing it with the Olulala retinol has been a game-changer for me, my skin feels noticeably smoother, firmer, and has a radiant glow. It’s silky and luxurious texture.
